Ministry of Labor and Social Development stated that Eid al-Adha holiday for private employees is 4 days starting from the day of standing at Arafah.
The Ministry explained that Article 112 of the Labor Code stipulates that every worker shall have the right to receive full-time leave on holidays and occasions specified by the Regulations.
The Ministry of Civil Service recently announced that Eid al-Adha holiday for public sector employees will start on Monday and resume on Sunday, 17 Dhu al-Hijjah, August 18.
