Jeddah Astronomical Association in Saudi Arabia has said that this time there will be 30 days of Ramadan and the Eid moon will appear on Wednesday 12th May.

The moon will not appear anywhere on Tuesday 11th May 29 Ramadan. Eid ul Fitr 2021 in saudi arabia is likely to take place on Thursday May 13.

According to the arabinfo24 website the head of the Astronomical Association Engineer Majid Abu Zahir, said in a statement that on Tuesday, May 11, Ramadan, the moon will disappear from the sky of Makkah before the sun sets.

 

Moon will set at 6:39 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11 in Makkah. Twelve minutes later, at 6:51 a.m., the sun will set, so it will be impossible to see the Eid moon on Tuesday evening.Abu Zahr said that on the evening of Wednesday, May 12, the sun will set at 6:52 a.m.

On the notice of Mecca and at that time the moon will appear at a height of 7 degrees. The moon will set at 7:30 and will be visible for 38 minutes after sunset. This will be possible only when the weather conditions are good.

The head of the Jeddah Astronomical Association added in a statement that the official decision on Eid ul Fitr 2021 in Saudi Arabia would be made by the Supreme Court.

Saudi Ministry of Human Resources And Social Development has issued a statement regarding the Eid holidays for employees of public and private and non-profit organizations.

Eid Ul Fitr Holidays For Saudi Arabia Government Sector 

According to arabinfo24 the Ministry of human resources and Social Development has stated that the Eid holidays of government employees will start from Thursday 6th May 2021 and will continue to Monday 17th May 2021. All Government offices will be open from Tuesday.

The Ministry of human resources and social development said that the Eid holidays for employees of the private sector and non-profit sector will be for four days beginning with the completion of duty on Tuesday 11th May 2021.
