In order to change the Arabic name then you have to tell your government relations officer to go to the Jawazat himself by taking the following documents with you.

• Fill out from 293
• copy of the passport and
• Original iqama.
After this the Jawazat officer will change the name and will issue you a new iqama for you without any fee.
Once the name is changed in iqama than you can change the name on driving license by visiting the police station.
