Circular issued by the Commander of the Holy Capital Police based on two telegrams from the Ministers of the Interior and Finance; stressed the commencement of the application of the said article, so that services are stopped for those whose traffic violations exceeded 20 thousand riyals, or older than 6 months without payment.
It is noteworthy that the article stipulates that the violator must be paid within a period not exceeding 30 days. If he does not pay, the court shall be referred to consider suspending the services provided to him or some of them, in order to avoid accumulation of violations and control traffic safety.
