Ministry of Labor and Social Development adopted a new recruitment mechanism aimed at correcting the recruitment activity in the Kingdom and determining the relationship between the employer, the domestic worker and the recruitment office.
The new mechanism requires the consolidation and documentation of all recruitment steps electronically through a supporting platform, and completing the recruitment process electronically and easily from home or through a visit to an approved office.
The ministry explained that the contract will be in the first two ways to determine the specific specifications of the worker, and this method requires waiting for names and offers from recruitment offices, and the other way by a specific name means the name of a pre-defined worker, and receive offers from recruitment offices.
The Ministry added that after selecting one of the offers from the offices that accepted the application is approved and contracted and after payment.
