Firstly Go to your Net Banking And Select Payment. Now Select Sadad and then click on MOI Payment.
Now a new page will be opened you need to select Expatriate Service To Pay Fee for Profession change.
In new window just select Payment As Transaction Type And change of occupation in application type. Now you have to Enter you Iqama Number.
After this select the account from which the amount should be paid in case you have more then on account.
Now you will be redirected to another page which will shows all the details. Read all details carefully if you want to change something go on if all is ok . Now click on confirm and your application will be Submitted and you will receive an sms on your Mobile.
