Saudi arab leading communication company has made the history again and Saudi Etisalat Free Internet Roaming is now being lunched in all villages and desserts without any kind of charges.
Communications and Information Technology Commission announced the launch of the local roaming service which aims mainly to maintain service in villages and deserts covered by telecom services in all regions of the Kingdom.
During the launch ceremony of the service in the presence of its governor Dr. Muhammad bin Saud Al-Tamimi the authority explained that the service enables users to change the network to another service provider in the event that the main service provider is not covered without charging the user any additional fees.
Which Services Are Added?
Local roaming includes all services including voice services, Internet services and short text messages in 21 thousand villages and immigration in the Kingdom that are covered by telecommunications services stressing that the service will not entail any additional costs as the services will be calculated at the price of the main operator.

Local roaming service comes within the framework of the authority’s work with all parties concerned with providing the best telecommunications services pointing out that the service aims to enable service providers to benefit from the telecommunications networks of other service providers to meet the requirements of beneficiaries.
