Neqaty is Mobily’s Loyalty program which is designed to reward our valuable customers with Neqaty Points when using their postpaid or prepaid lines to either make calls, send SMS’s, or when making a purchase at one of our trusted merchant partners’ location across the Kingdom.
How To Collect Your Points?
Neqaty will reward prepaid customers with one point for every SR 1 spent while making calls, sending SMS or using data. Postpaid customers will be rewarded with one point for every SR 1 they pay against their monthly bill. Usage of Bundles /Add-ons service for prepaid or postpaid does not accrue Neqaty points.

How To Redeem Your Points ?
You can redeem your Points for Mobily services through one of the following channels:
Mobily App for Smartphones.Dedicated IVR for Neqaty redemption 1460Mobily Services by dialing *1100*3#My Account in Mobily website.
To redeem your Points for cash discount at our partners’ outlets, visit the nearest partner outlet and inform the employee or the sales representative that you are a Mobily customer and you wish to redeem your Neqaty Points, they will be more than happy to serve you.
How To Activate This Service?
Customer should activate Neqatona from Mobily e-portal channel. Once it is activated then requested number will become a Master line for the Neqatona account.

After Neqatona activation, Master line can add other secondary numbers which are under the same customer ID, to the Neqatona account. Those numbers are referred as ‘child lines’ in pool/account.
Once a secondary number is selected for addition, SMS will be sent to the selected number to approve the addition.
Once approved, the number will be added to Neqatona account, in case of rejection, the number will not be added, and the customer will be notified by SMS.
Once a secondary number (child line) is added to Neqatona service, the usage of the number will earn Points and will be accumulated to the Neqatona account.
The secondary number (child line) will also have access to the account and could redeem Neqaty Points at any time. The redeemed points will be deducted from the Neqatona account.
